You do not need to know any technical language. Just describe what happened and what you were trying to do.

  • Your device or app, such as Kindle, Kobo, KOReader, or BOOX.
  • Which dictionary file you downloaded, if you know.
  • The entry, phrase, or word involved, if something in the dictionary seems missing or wrong.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
